I went in to get shoes today with my husband. We were greeted by an employee the moment we entered the shoe section. After that, there was zero interaction with ANY staff. I tried to get assistance from one of the staff that wasn't currently assisting another customer, but she actively ignored me twice. My husband also tried to flag down someone to aid us, but apparently they were too busy to help customers.
You'd think with how much money shoes generate for the store they'd be appropriately staffed to help sell the product. I waited about fifteen minutes before I put the shoes back on display and walked out. If you don't want people buying your shoes, just get rid of the section so the rest of us don't waste our time.
Sport Chek: Don't bother asking for additional information, I'm not coming back.

A number of disinterested younger staff in the shoe department today. After a 10 minute wait, I finally got a shoe to try on. It was not a perfect fit….but no one around to help and get another size. So I waited, and waited and finally tracked down another worker who said she would call someone and walked away. After 30 to 40 minutes I finally got a shoe that fit.
The kicker was being charged $2 for a bag to carry my shoe box after I spent $150 and blaming the city of Surrey.
The bag they gave me is typically non recycled in Surrey.

The manager of this store, Lisa, was patient and attentive to listen to me as a customer, she was very knowledgeable of the product, and demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills.
I had a quite negative experience at the Langley location with both managers there, and will never use Langley location ever again. The managers do make a difference!

I am writing this to express my disappointment and frustration with the bicycle that I purchased from your store recently. Despite bringing it in for servicing thrice, the seat remains loose and unstable, making it impossible for me to ride safely.
On the first occasion, I bought the bicycle and was told that it would be ready for pickup after full inspection by a technician, after pickup the seat loosened and I took the bicycle back to the store. I was told that seat has to be tightened, so I had to leave the bicycle again at the store. However, after retrieving it the next day, the issue persisted. I brought it back in again and was given the same explanation. Unfortunately, the problem still exists after picking it up yesterday. It's been 4 days of purchase and already three trips to the store for the service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from your technician and the quality of the cycle. I request a thorough inspection and repair or a replacement cycle that meets safety standards. I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this issue.
I did buy this bicycle off sale maybe that's my fault.
Poor standards.

I have been visiting the Sport Check @Guilford for over 3 years and have purchased merchandise over 2 grands easily till date. But, I had a terrible experience today (Canada Day) at the store with the Manager (Vernon) who abruptly refused to return a sports jersey I bought only 3-4 days ago. The jersey was in perfectly fine condition, with product tag (detached) , original payment receipt plus I was just looking for an exchange. I didn't like the color so was trying to exchange it with another. The person argued over cologne odour which he somehow could smell but I swear there was none. Thing is this person doesn't care about a customer who is trying to make a genuine exchange. It was ridiculous and I have decided to NOT visit this store ever! Congratulations to Sport Check for loosing a customer who is a sportsman and would look up to nothing but your store for any purchase on apparels and sports stuff e.g. Soccer Cleats, Ball, Jerseys, Lowers and many more.

I can't even call it a bad service because there is no service at all!
I bought hockey skates with them. Sharpening and heat molding is included. I've been to 3 stores already on different dates and the technician is never there. They don't even know when the person will be available.
I called customer service and also there is nothing they can do, online booking is only for other kind of services.
This is ridiculous, such a waste of time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried getting a refund because I bought the wrong size of underwear on accident. Was never worn but they wouldn’t accept it. Anywhere else would of accepted other than this place.

Never been to this store before i always tried to avoid it because I couldn’t afford anything in there. I was looking for some nice and comfy shoes and I wasn't sure what I wanted but We were assisted by the very nice lady her Name was jessica I think. and she was wearing these purple asics 26 shoes with a red shirt that said jumpstart on the side. we had a lot of questions about a specific shoe and she patiently answered them, the customer service she provide to my mom and I was really great and I was had a great shopping experience there. Thank you!

Had a very unpleasant experience with customer service at this location. My friend got some clothes he wanted to try on and was at the fitting room. Before he even asked for keys to the fitting room or anything an asian lady employee asked "Are you going to buy anything?" He then replied "Yes I have some clothes I want to try on." She then had the audacity to say "No, I don't care, I'm not letting you into the fitting rooms." Me and my friend were then followed by the same worker the whole time we were there.

I was being racially profiled by an Asian lady at the fitting rooms. I had clothing from the store I wanted to try on and I asked to be let in the fitting rooms and she said "I don't care, I'm not letting you in the fitting rooms."
