I've been a customer of Sprite for over 10 years now, because of the service they provide. Mike and Rory are two of the most reputable people I've ever dealt with. They would rather fix an issue with your computer than sell you a new one.
Sprite is my go to place whenever I need a new PC, or hardware.

This place has been around for along time, my dad bought us a Commodore 64 from sprite in the late 80s and we still deal with them all these years later , best in the business

Rory is a very passionate and knowledgeable technician, and I am glad I came here instead of going anywhere else. I was recently looking into options for building a mid- to high-end PC build, and Rory spoke to me over the phone for 20 minutes, helping me understand what I want and what it would cost, and even invited me to the shop the same day to talk with me more and show me a few setups. After I decided what I wanted, he even let me come to the shop and work with him on building the PC together so I could learn more about the process. I've never had a more authentic customer service experience, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Any computer/tech shop will be more than happy to take your money, but if you want people who are truly passionate about the work they do, I highly recommend this place.

I went here randomly to drop off a Purolator package and saw that they build and fix gaming PC's too, which I'm interested in. Honestly, really nice staff in here. Rory was the one who helped me that day. I learned a lot about building a PC, what they offer in terms of products, warranties etc. I cant say about the other products they sell as I was only focused on PC's, but for me, a great experience. Parking is pretty good here but it is a sketchy area so be mindful of that. And if you are worried about that, the police station is a 30s drive away haha.

After the first computer techinician I contacted flaked out on me, I found these guys.
I was a bit nervous since I thought I potentially broke my pc's parts while trying to replace a motherboard, but they walked me through their troubleshooting and repair. They were really nice and knowledgable and were willing to give me advice on building and upgrades!! All at a very good price for repairs!
I can tell they are passionate about computers, they were really nice on top of that. I will recommend everyone I know with computer issues to them, computer repairsmen of this heart and caliber are a rare find nowadays!

First time there for VR. Rory was enthusiastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions, didn't rush us out, and explained the background of their store. The passion he has is evident and he is a great communicator. He made the experience so fun for us.
Booking was super easy with the owner, Mike. We will be back I'm sure!
