They don't explain where the mobile orders are and the lady behind the counter was rude and a snotty . Could have explained better. When I was waiting on the other side looking like a idiot. Worse starbucks ever.

I have come here for morning coffees and have always been pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff are. The location gets busy but there is ample seating both inside and outside. Tables have outlets nearby for you to charge your devices and the washrooms are easily available for you to use.

I just opened a small business down the street and it was nice to see a starbucks close by and thought I would grabbing my hot chocolate from there now. BIG MISTAKE!!! The service was great at first until me and my wife were waiting for our beverages on the side. I had notice something right at the counter, just next to the juices and slight over the counter I guess? I was curious and looked closer and saw it was salt packs. Many of them. At that time I was thinking how my salt was low and perhaps adding some salt to my drink but at that instant an employee (white male) *trying to be gender sensitive. yelled at me to not reach over and touch! Then he proceeded to grab the whole stack of salt packs and abruptly in the trash and slamming the plastic container holding down hard in front of me making me feel terrible! He then proceeded to say that I contaminated the whole thing. I quickly apologized as I was taken back! Your employee just turned his back and walked away. I was shocked a bit as I was having a great day and have been working on my social skills and wanted to introduce myself into the community as a business owner. My wife and myself just grabbed our beverages and was about to leave but I wanted to apologize again because I was not sure if he had heard me, so I waited a second to apologize again directly and I did and was about to explain to him the reason why I touched the salt pack but he looked very busy as everyone else so we left with a bitter taste so to say about today. We know most business owners in the area and I would not want to speak I'll will about this location. Maybe your employee was having a bad day. It looked like it. If that is so then management or someone should check in on him and remind him about respect and treating people with dignity. If he cannot change then he should not be there treating people that way at all. An apology would be nice from him but if not from someone. And you as a starbucks location, be better!!! -OM

Star bucks deserve five stars for its wonderful aroma filled in the cafe.Vegetarian options: I think they can add more on the go tummy filling snacks.

2nd time I’ve been here in the last couple of months ( I used to come a lot )Both times there have been multiple employees but only one person on the order taking. So annoying to be waiting at the till seeing people cleaning and or making mobile orders when there are customers physically here waiting. When I commented to the employee a guy came out and said that’s not a baristas job to take an order. Like seriously?!!! I’ve been to other Starbucks where the barista would start a drink if they weren’t busy. Those days of good customer service seem to be long gone here at this store. Anyone know a great coffee shop in the area?

Like a lot of people, coffee in the morning is one of the most important kick we need... But when this is served by a barista- Riley in the morning, it becomes the most unpleasant thing ever. No smile, no greeting, and pure sighness in energy is all you're gonna get.. we came here early morning where it's not so busy yet (3 people including me and my wife) Riley served us with no smile and good morning, I had to say good morning, then we waited at the coffee pick up section for a while but figured that our coffee was already there, he just didn't call us out.. despite asking for our name. Coffee got cold so, I saw him outside and asked if this is really our coffee (because it's cold now) and he just sighed, said yes, and walked away. Let this guy go.

Starbucks reloaded my card twice from an expired credit card without my permission!!! November 11th and 12th so be careful everyone there's a Starbucks Scam!!!Never buying Starbucks coffee again!!!???

A had a bad coffee from here today. Tasted like it was from a cheap vending machine. Didn't realize until long after I'd left it I'd have requested a refund.The "everything croissant" was pretty foul too.Yuck.

Starbucks is my morning lifesaver! I mean, their coffee? It's like a warm hug in a cup. And don't even get me started on their seasonal drinks - they totally nail it every time. The staff are always friendly and the service is fast, even when there's a line out the door. Plus, the comfy seats and chilled-out vibe make it a great spot to catch up on some work or just unwind. Starbucks isn't just a coffee shop to me, it's part of my daily routine and I wouldn't have it any other way. Totally recommend!

Ordered a venti java chip frappuccino, but got something that did not look like a frappuccino in anyway. No drizzle or toppings, and the frappuccino was warm. Staff was not friendly at all and was very impatient. Works very slow (15-20min wait).
