Crap. Save for the Sushi place all the food places are low quality with poor customer service. The Winners Homesense is terrible. There are movie theaters, which is about the only reason to go to this place. The KFC and the A&W are legendary for their poor service, low quality food and moldy buns. This is Strawberry Hill in a nutshell, lots of potential with no follow through.

This mall has everything you need from home Depot to a great air conditioned Movie theater.. Fridays there are a lot of young people openly cruising in their nice cars and south Asian music pumping.. It's a huge area with lots of essential stores.

Not as it used to be a long time ago. Just flooded with immigrants who think they own the area, stare people down and play loud music and rev their engines the whole day. Not a safe place to be. Police and the municipality of Surrey need to clean it up.

We went to watch movie in the complex few times. Parking lot and stuff is well managed. Only troublesome thing is everytime we go to watch movie there are group in car with loud music and rolling down the window when they pass in front of me and my wife just to stare. Stopped going to watch movie late night as i feel unsafe to go with my wife.

I've never visited this place...
I've never goggled directions or cared at all about this place..
I DROVE past it 2 days ago to go to petsmart...and Google is saying to review...petsmart isn't even asking for one haha
SO these stores and Google TRACK when you drive by and want to know about it...
