We couldn't be happier with our experience at Sunnyside Storage over the past 4 years! The service has been fantastic and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. The staff truly go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. If we ever need storage again, Sunnyside Storage will be our first choice. Highly recommend—if we could give 10 stars, we would!

To the owners of SS storage - “minus stars” if such a rating existed.
To future customers, don't be fooled by the initial smiley customer service.
Chose this storage due to proximity + being pressed for time before leaving to the Island and having to deliver possessions to charities not fully operational due to Covid.
Moved to a different storage company within a month, out of absolute disgust dealing with the deranged Man-Child manager Greg J !

We rented a cargo van from Sunnyside. The service was excellent, and the van was clean and in great condition (and didn’t chug gas like we thought it would).

Very friendly and great people to work with for storage. My girlfriend had a major flood and needed a quick storage solution.
They were great and their colleagues also helped with moving with one of their moving vans, all painless and easy.
Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for my own storage .

A week ago we needed a truck to help my sister move a few pieces of furniture, the staff at the Sunnyside was helpful and friendly. She helped us pick the appropriate truck. The office was clean and organized. Thank you Sunnyside for providing excellent service in our community. Way to go!

The staff at Sunnyside provided me the best moving rental vehicle experience I have ever had, and I have moved over 20 times in my life. From the moment I first called to make a reservation to dropping off the vehicle, the staff were knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and always willing to accommodate my needs. Their rental process is so fast that I was in and out with the keys to the truck in under 5 minutes! I highly recommend this business, and thank you, Sunnyside, for making this move trouble-free.

I have storage lockers all over the place, one at mini storage in Langley and one in North Vancouver. I occasionally fall behind and come in to clear it up and continue on.I was on my way to settle up my bill and called them to let them know I hit a bit of traffic and was running late. 12:10 pm and they told me they already sold my locker and can’t do anything. My entire life was in this locker. No courtesy phone call or nothing. Just sold my entire life from out under me. Having storage lockers in other places for my business no one has ever done this. I have fallen further behind at other places as well.I had sent them emails saying I was coming in to pay it as well. They had my phone number on file because they have called me before.I am shocked how callous they are. No phone call to me before selling my entire life away to a stranger. Shocking

Excellent customer Service from the team! Rented a truck, and it came with included KM! They have an unadvertised lower rate for their smallest van on weekdays if you need it for just an hour or less.
