Great customer service! As soon as my brother and I walked in, we were greeted by Sarfarz, even though he was busy with other customers. He made sure to acknowledge us. He helped us with our needs and was very knowledgeable.

I come to this store every time for my phone plans and deals. Sam is really very kind, helpful and patient while giving me all the information about my plans. I have always received exceptional customer service at this store from Sam. After that I always come to this store and recommend everyone to go there specially because of that chick who is dupe :)

0 STARS. Went to this location today to upgrade my phone but the sales associate made me feel unwelcome, she acted so weird the whole time. She saw me in the store as I was the only customer there, but she didn’t say anything, no greetings, no ”how can i help you?”, none of that. She was sitting, calling someone on her phone, looking at me while I browse which was so weird. If you don’t want to help, at least don’t make customers feel uncomfortable while they browse by staring at them. Go to another store if you’re looking for a better customer service.

They took my details to port my number to Fido but porting didn’t go through due to some tech reasons so they cancelled everything. After a week I got a bill from Fido and after some time my card got auto charged for the bill. These guys started auto payment on my card without letting me know. Its been weeks I am struggling to get my money back.

This review is not neccesarily to Tbooth but to FidoPart 1****I am very disappointed and upset about what's going on in my account.I got a new phone on November 16, 2023. It was a Fold 5, but I didn't like it, so I exchanged it for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. After a week, I went back to the store because I saw that my bill on my Fido account was not correct. I returned to the Tbooth Guilford Surrey, BC store, showed a screenshot from the app, and they said not to worry because it takes time. I explained that it had been 10 days since I got my phone, and I knew there was something wrong with the bill. The next day, I went back and showed them my Fido app, but they still did not do anything about it. They suggested it might be the Fold 5 bill showing. I knew something was wrong because I made a $600 down payment. So, the next day, I called Fido customer service. They said I had a balance of $530+ on my account. I rushed to Tbooth in Guilford Surrey again (3rd straight day going to the store), and they said not to worry, they would fix it, and I could talk to the manager tomorrow. I was exhausted from going to the store back and forth every day just to tell them to fix it. I really didn't want to go there again because I kept getting the same response every time.On the 4th day, I was about to go to Metrotown when my phone network stopped working. So, I decided to go to the Apple store to see what was going on with my phone. They checked it and said the network wasn't working. To fix it, I needed to send it to their depot repair store for a week. I thought since it was just the 14th day, I might be able to exchange it at TBooth. I rushed to Guilford Mall, talked to the manager, and he said to exchange the phone, He said I needed to factory reset it without looking into my Fido account. After a minute, he opened my account and said it was suspended. Now, I couldn't use my phone because there was no network, and I couldn't set up my Apple ID because my phone number is not working. No apps, nothing on my phone. He called Fido to see what was going on, and the rep he spoke to said I just needed to pay $68 to activate my account again because I owed $600. So that's what I did. They said to wait a little longer, so I waited an hour, but nothing happened. He called customer service again two more times, and they said the same exact words. It looked like he talked to representatives that were not trained well enough. The mall closed, I waited for 3 hours, and nothing happened. I was emotionally stressed, couldn't focus on driving because I was thinking about it too much. I hit the curb on my way home because of emotionally stressed, and now I have to change a tire and spend $200 more dollars. Not to mention I can’t get to work because there was not GPS on my phone.

2nd part**The next morning (5th day), I called Fido again. They said they didn't see the down payment I made for the 15 Pro Max, and I went over the credit limit of $600 and I also owed $1200 for the phone . I made a $600 down payment beforehand. I went to the store again, and while the manager was talking to the customer rep, the Fido system went down! It's December 1st, and my account is still suspended. I called Fido the next day to activate my account, and they did activate it. However, I noticed the phone number on my iMessage and FaceTime are not working. It says an error occurred during activation. I tried swapping my SIM card to my girlfriend's iPhone, and it says the same error. However, her SIM card and phone number are working on my phone's iMessage and FaceTime. On December 3rd, I called Fido tech support, and I was transferred to different departments and on the phone for about an hour. They can't help me at all. I am very disappointed and upset. For 2 weeks, my account was messed up, and they want me to go to Apple to get it checked. My phone was 3 weeks old, and I only used it for a good week. As of today December 4th I can’t still use my phone’s imessage and facetime. They would like me to visit Apple to get my phone check. This should not happened if my network was not suspended!I have been with Fido since 2019, and this is the worst experience ever!

I shopped around for a phone plan for about 2 weeks. I went to a store in guilford but the line was long so i went to t-booth wireless and am i glad i did. Sami and Alex provide me with a better deal and saved me even more money. They excelled in costumer service and im definitely going back . Thxs

Had a phone repair appointment set, took time off work to bring it in only to find out they don't have a tech. I could have found that out 3 days before, since I tried phoning the store for 3 days to find out how long the repair would take. The line was busy every time, only to find out the store phone has been broken for days. No idea how a phone store cannot replace their own phone. Staff was friendly and apologetic at least. But I still lost an hours pay over nothing
