Worst bank right now!!! I went and I asked for money the staff told me he can’t give me more than 5 thousand that’s so stupid I can’t even take my money????? I went to them twice the staff lied to me last week he said we only have limited and this week same thing too. The bank is terrible!!!

Had my service with Greg Li, he was a recent employee, came off very arrogant towards me. I mentioned that on their TVs it shows a statement about native reconciliation but nothing about truth he became arrogant at that point, and just brushed me off.

I went for an appointment to fix my credit card and had me wait for an hour just to explain that I could do an appointment with their advisor via phone call. What a waste of time
