Our previous couch that we purchased (under warranty) was great. We had some quality issues a year later. They were very understanding and found us a different new couch in our warrenty budget price range!
We now have a new couch delivered today and store credit, we love our experience.

My positive review is specifically re: Harman.
I bought 4 dining chairs ( at a great price) but ended up with an issue with my car - just before I was meant to pick them up. I had to call and ask for their patience & Harman was kind & understanding. I am now a proud owner of these awesome chairs but also have a functioning car - all is good in the world. Thanks Harman. I really appreciate your customer service.

I was shopping for a new bed as I had recently had hip surgery and my mattress was to soft to support the exercises I needed to do post surgery. I came to The Brick, as the location was convenient. I met Robert who took the time to ask the right questions so he could recommend the right mattress for my needs. I did go to other mattress retailers to see what they had to offer, and sadly they only wanted to sell me something without considering my needs. I highly recommend Robert to anyone seeking a better nights sleep! The delivery and set up was professional and on time.

I bought a new washer front loader LG from the Brick. Excellent experience. The delivery was painless. 15 minutes to remove the old top loader and install the LG. Bonus, the price for the new LG was very reasonable too.

I have a couch I purchased at the Brick several years ago. I recently discovered the back of the frame had broken. Luckily, I had purchased the extended warranty. Originally, I wasn’t sure it was worth the additional expense. I expected making a claim was going to be a big hassle but I was pleasantly surprised. All went smoothly and after a few weeks, they delivered a new frame and took the old one away (the original cushions were used). Very happy to have my couch back in good order. Kudos to the Brick’s service. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
