The 3 men (didn't get all their names) Albert being one of them, were amazing delivering the sofa, ottoman and loveseat today. They took care with the items and were courteous, they set it all up and removed all the packaging and took it with them for disposal. Overall a great experience.

Heidi and everyone else were extremely helpful and made the experience easy. Which was no small feat for them as I was cranky that day. The delivery was easy and so efficient! They took away all the cardboard, etc. it was a wonderful experience.

Extraordinary! Nadini was amazing in the south surrey location store. Follow through was great…although there was a glitch on delivery date being changed…seemingly for no good reason. That was not cool!
Then…the delivery itself/setup …headed up by Lawrence …was very smooth and quick. Very kind and careful crew. Thank you!
