Deserves 0 stars. The Brick delivered a damaged TV along with our large appliance order. The driver intentionally hid the damage from me upon delivery, and conveniently had "no reception" when asking me to sign for the delivery, hiding specific information about the TV when asking me to sign for it, and you'd think that after spending over $6000 at this store they would do the right thing and replace their damaged product. Nope! And when we went to the store to talk to the customer service representatives, our sales rep Robert mysteriously vanished as he heard us voicing our issues. Avoid this store at all costs.

Purchased a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, couch and TV. Items were delivered. Signed the paperwork that we were told said the items arrived. We were not told that this absolved the delivery company of all liability. Opened the box for the TV 3 weeks later when we were all moved in and the TV was badly damaged. Ram, the manager at the South Surrey location was not willing to give a refund because the damage was not reported within 48 hours. They also say there policy is to have their delivery drivers open the TV to ensure no damage and provide a stamped document. That never happened. Ram treated us with no empathy or respect despite us spending over $6000. When we showed up in person to complain, Robert the salesman who was previously so helpful, made himself scarce once he knew why we were there. Overall, horrible customer service. I know they have policies in place, but there should be some flexibility, even a partial refund or in store credit, or even acting like they care would be nice. Horrible location for this once proud Canadian company.

Tardeep has been and absolute pleasure to deal with the purchase of our new bed and the purchase of new kitchen appliances. Kevin has been a great support in the process. Would recommend this store to everyone that we know.

Silas and Aggy took great care and attention to advising me about products and deals available!Aggy helped my Mom find a new sectional sofa set on clearance.I went by after to make sure we liked the product and find about more about it. I was greeted by Silas right away upon entering. He showed me around and helped me find a new mattress, bed frame, and mattress protector!He explained the products in detail, why I should consider certain ones over others, and helped me with warranty coverages (which I ended up buying, I never buy warranties!!!).10/10 customer service and experience. The manager introduction near the end of the sale was a nice touch as well!Check out this store and their team would reccomend a visit.

If I can put half star I would ! I went today to buy an electric stove. I was looking at a floor piece that has a minor damage but I finally decided to buy brand new Samsung with a price tag of $1099 , the sales lady kept pushing for the extended warranty and going back and forth to her manager and coming with different options like if you buy the extended warranty we will deliver for free , if you don`t we will charge 89 dollars plus tax ,,, finally she came back and said Oh " the tag on this item is wrong the actual price is $1299 but we can give it to you for the price of $999 if you buy the extended warranty and pay the shipping .. I had enough of these stupid games I left the store immediately , this is what you get from the Brick, I went across the street to Best Buy and found the same stove listed for $999 , I got a small discount and delivered for free , I will never ever go to the Brick again . very bad experience , sales are trained to treat customers like fools this is what I felt like

I went into the Brick with my parents and Silas helped us with everything. He made it extremely quick and easy! I briefly explained the couch I was looking for and he found the perfect one for me almost immediately. He was super personable and we bonded over his life story and our love of cats. Definitely will be sending anyone I know in need of furniture over to him for quality service! Thanks again Silas, we will be seeing you soon!
