We tried calling to order a customized picnic table for our patio but in vain. So we went out of our way to go their warehouse and no one bothered to come take our order. Their excuse they will try to take our call. I guess they got too big to take individual custom order. Too bad for a company which started with a great vision.Reply: the shop was open, and you staff went to get you so we could discuss a customized table (accessibility etc) and type of material we could use (which your website clearly say we could come and see). But then came back with the reply: we will make sure to pick up the phone next time you call. Emails did not get a response either.

Ordered picnic tables for an event we were having August 2022. Ordered online and chatted with James as well to confirm and get advice. Tables were great. James was very personable. Tables delivered on time, the day before.

I organized a celebration of life last summer for my father in law. We had caterer come to crescent park and lots of family. This company was great ! Delivered on time and set up exactly when they said they would ….very quick to reply to any questions. Love the fact owners daughter and her friend helped set up …. Love the family aspect of it ! I would definitely use this company again! This picnic tables have the celebration a very cozy feel. Tables were sturdy and finishing is on point ! Thank you so much for making it a special day for our family. ( sorry for the late review)

Ordered a 2000-dollar table in July and was given 3 week delivery deadline. Was told a few times to extend the deadline to "next week" with no follow up provided after the "next week" kept falling through as well. Now, end of September. with no prospect of the table in sight, have no choice but to cancel the order, and given the history of "customer service" will most likely have to go through a tedious chargeback process to get the money back. My money has been with the business for 2 months with nothing to show for it, my requests for update have been ignored, and only after my husband posted a negative review here (which has been flagged and removed...), I was given a reply: "This table is showing delivered. Let me look into this order. The employee that completed this order is no longer with me."Although eventually, the owner admitted that the order was placed, he has not yet issued a refund in violation of Section 49(1)(c) of the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. Truly a monkey business.Update: We received the refund from the credit card company by requesting chargeback. All in all we got our money back (minus the cost of sending registered mail to the credit card company office) 3 months after the order was placed.
