Came to this location December 21st at 6:58pm to do a price adjustment and they had no idea what they were doing. I originally bought an item from the White Rock location and they said I would have to go back to that location to get the price adjustment done. I drove to another Home Depot and they did the price adjustment without any questions asked! What a waste of time.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of cashiers, all has changed to self serve, they s company fails to recognize that we as the customers appreciate being served when we go to pay for our purchases for numerous reasons. The fact that they have chosen not to serve their customers and ask us all to touch the same touchscreen as everyone else not thinking about the pandemic that just happened blows my mind. This company cares only about profit, nothing about community and customer relationships. I will no longer be supporting Home Depot for this very simple fact. I will go where they care about my hard warned money and I hope that many of you do also

Went to both the Strawberry Hills location and then the N.Surrey location. Had a screw anchor issue. Bothe times and after talking to customer service to get a `hardware` specialist it took 15 minutes at Strawberry and 25 minutes at N.Surrey of waiting to get what they called a specialist to come. Both were hardly knowledgable and suggested this was my solution. They both obviously were in way over their heads in that department. Both times they were wrong and had to go back to get a refund.

I had a wonderful experience today. I bought a Christmas tree and a grinch toy for Christmas. 2 young gentlemen helped me, one of them was Aryan and I didn’t get the other one’s name but it was his buddy with a stripped shirt on. They were very helpful and very kind. Customer service is amazing. Thank you!! ?

I had a tough time getting an item price matched at this Home Depot. Some managers were unfamiliar with the company's price match policy, causing a 30-minute argument. Eventually, they called the competitor and matched the price. It wasn't a pleasant experience, but in the end it worked out.

I’ve been going to this location since they first opened! The people are usually nice to deal with. Inventory is good.Entering & exiting the parking lot can at times be challenging.And it would be nice if places that cater to people with big trucks make their parking stalls bigger than a Prius size!!!

Above and beyond with great service! We had a delivery order and the delivery folks were great. A bent curtain rod was quickly replaced same day... impressive! Very happy customer.

Excellent customer service by Parm in the paint department. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and corrected a situation without hesitation. I hope Home Depot values employees like Parm because the customer service he provides will keep customers returning to this location. Thanks for the great service Parm!

Plumbers don't bother coming here they don't even carry manual pex cutters yet sell ipex waterlines...what a joke and now their $10.00 more so instead of $35ish dollars be prepared for $45.00 plus before taxes. They used to carry them now its online order only....but they carry the power shear...

I came here to pickup a milwaukee m18 jobsite fan that was on sale at another tool store ( HNT TOOLS). They were not willing to honor a price match or even a slight discount. It was the last one they had in stock and I was really hoping to get it.

Great staff. I met Evelyn Sumera. One of the staff by the plant section.Evelyn was very helpful and being so patient waiting until i chose the one i like. Evelyn left me with a 101% satisfaction in coming back to Home Depo again where she works at.

I recently visited this location of home Depot to acquire several electrical switches for my home, instead of being left to make my own wrong decisions purchasing the wrong items, I had the fortune of having a technical representative, being extremely helpful in finding the items I required. He was also very busy in looking after another customer at the same time as he effectively looked up to me.This really is the home Depot I used to really enjoy shopping at. Kudus to you Baraka for your patience, knowledge and most kind assistance!______My review from a year ago:Yet another home Depot that I visited in several weeks, sadly another home Depot that needs staff. So unless you know what you're looking for, I'd say don't bother

One of the best locations in Surrey which is our go-to for everything we need. Friendly staff, who are always first to approach us asking if we need assistance. Received help from Jas and Carrie, both amazing at their job who go above and beyond for their customers. Currently had an issue with a vanity we ordered and they took care of the situation immediately! Always appreciate the hard work from everyone there, definitely recommend this location!

I bought the Moen Darcy double hooks in Burnaby store. I was about to mount it only to see a metal plate was missing. Without it, I was unable to mount the hook on the wall. I went back to Burnaby store, but this model was discontinued and permanently out of stock . The staff checked their system and said Surrey might have it. But computer sometimes didn't match the physical inventory. Therefore I went to Surrey store (near Scott Road) on Thursday, and the computer showed there were 3 in store. A staff named Saksham was very good and helpful. He kept checking the inventory for me, called Port Coquitlam store to hold the product for me. Unfortunately, Poco store could only hold half day for me, which was impossible for me during that day. My last hope was to call Moen and have them sent the missing part. An hour later, I got a call from Saksham from Surrey store, telling me the good news and would hold it for me till weekend. I was so glad and thankful. He could have completely left this behind because he has done his job. But he kept looking for the product for me after I left and called me back! It is a small effort to him but means a lot to me! Staff like Saksham in Home Depot should be highly valued and nicely treated by the company. Corporates always ask applicants what they can bring to the company, this is what a good staff can bring to corporates. Thank you Saksham , you will shine in your career.

Almost all the plants in the garden center were dead from lack of water. I cannot believe you let 100s of thousand dollars worth of stock die from lack of water!! This used to be such a nice garden center. On the plus side, staff are friendly
