Is there a policy that you cannot do a return on Boxing Day? One of your associates said first yes and other one came said no. Waited in line and wasted my time. Get your managing right. Maybe have a sign by entrance.

Such a bad experience i have over there. Such a rude person he is. His name is Nitin on guildford location. He even dont know how to behave with a customer. I felt so bad, i went from there without buying anything. I was so happy but after meeting him i got disappointed. You guys need to talk with your team members and give proper training to them how to behave.

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member spoke rudely and became irritated when I asked questions about the plans. He also asked for my occupation, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope the store improves customer service and respects privacy in future interactions.
