I came to this UPS Store to print my invitation cards, and the service was fast and excellent! The staff helped redesign my card exactly how I wanted it, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommended!

Not only they take forever to do anything, but if you go there for photocopies prepare yourself to receive them with ink splotches, pages put in random order, and a lot of pages with the margins being cut off. Horrible customer service too- I felt like I was inconveniencing them by entering the store
Edit after their response: I didn’t even mention the specific day I went to their store for obvious reasons. I went there 2 weeks ago. How does that change anything??

I went to three other Canada post offices and they couldn't help me nor did they understand it was an Amazon return label. I then got fed up and went to UPS and they helped me out, knew how to help and left me relieved. Amazing customer service. 👏

received a notice to pick up my package at this location so i went the next day. the guy working was taking a personal call on speaker phone the whole time and ignored me for a few minutes. he then told me the package was not there yet and when i asked for details he just turned his computer screen to me and didnt tell me anything, all while still talking on the phone!

I've been using this UPS Store for a long time, and honestly, I used to face issues almost every time I visited. However, since the new management has taken over, there's been a noticeable and refreshing change. The new team is professional, kind, and truly seems to care about customer service. It’s a much better experience now — organized, helpful, and efficient. Glad to see the improvement!

UPS Never attempts delivery and just leaves the packages in a location convenient to them. Terrible service.

I had an amazing experience at The UPS Store while getting passport photos for my kids. The staff, especially Mandeep, was incredibly patient and professional. He took multiple photos to ensure we got the perfect shot and handled my kids very calmly throughout the process. As a kind gesture, he even offered them chocolates after the photos were done, which made their day! I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this location for passport photos and other services. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Just sukcs, I send a package 3 weeks ago and didn't arrived yet, and now is lost, without saying anything, I went 2 times to the front desk and they don't have an idea of what they are doing. Horrible customer service. Don't deserve even a star
