  Very Poor service. Every time i have order coming with ups have problems. Yesterday ups said they tried to deliver my parcel, i was home but didn’t see anybody knocking or delivering any parcel to my home. Disgusting service with them and this is the second time happening the same issue. What is the purpose of delivering to house when i have to go and pick up again. Also last time i asked staff when i went to pick up my parcel that is what happened with me but they didn’t had answer , so who know why they are not delivering parcels properly.

  I dropped off a package with an older label and asked the employee to confirm whether it was still valid. He said can't tell me. When I asked what would happen if the label was expired—on a $600 package—he told me it would “be garbage.”
  
  He then added that a “normal” person wouldn’t wait that long to ship a package. He was dismissive throughout the entire interaction and didn’t even look at me while speaking.

  I went in to this store once 5 or 6 years ago and it was run by an older couple who were rude and dismissive, as were their staff. I swore I would not use them again, and I didn't. Really was a bad experience with zero customer service. Everything was dingy and disorganized in the store. All around bad vibe.
  
  Last week I realized I needed a passport renewal, so I looked for somewhere near me to take a passport photo. This store came up in my search. I was hesitant to return, but it is so close to me it just made the most sense. To my delight the store had been overhauled. What before was dingy and chaotic was now ordered and clean. The clerk helped me right away and I was in and out with a digital passport photo in 3 minutes. What a great experience. Obviously new owners at some point over the years have really fixed the store up. I will absolutely go back if I have any needs they can help with.

  This is probably the best shipping experience I have ever had. My wife sent me to return stuff, I had the wrong paperwork, they really helped me!! Above and beyond! I expected to be sent home to do my homework and try again later.

  I’ve been using UPS Guildford regularly for my small business, and their customer service is truly outstanding.
  They handle all my document mailing needs efficiently, including sending and receiving envelopes.
  
  What really sets them apart is the extra care they take like returning documents to the UPS store instead of leaving them at the client’s address, just in case they’re not home. They then call me for pickup, ensuring the documents stay safe from rain or getting lost.
  
  Chandan is always there with a friendly attitude, ready to help and ensure everything runs smoothly. Let’s not forget the fast service everything is done promptly and professionally.
