Went here a few years ago as I was previously homeschooled, staff is very friendly and supportive, there's a great atmosphere as well, definitely the place to go for those looking to keep in shape as well those who are self conscious about being unfit.As someone who is skinny and hardly gets out much and cant motivate myself to do much exercise on my own this place was great for improving my strength and fitness and I would encourage others to give it a shot!

I’ve been working out at Thrive since they opened and it’s just the best! If you aren’t one to motivate yourself to go to the gym and you don’t like thinking about what workout to do every time, plus you like to chat and have a good time, Thrive is a no brainer. Especially if you live in WR/S.S.

Lyndsey has been amazing! She always has a smile on her face and is very encouraging during my personal training sessions while still pushing me. I have only been going for a few weeks and already seeing such incredible results in my strength and energy. I have been apart of other gyms and hired PT's but never have experienced anything like this. Thrive is a hidden gem in Ocean Park!

Lyndsey Busch did a fitness assessment on me. I have many sports injuries, injuries from car accidents and weak core from a c section. I am not the easiest person to train, especially when the PT is your sister. Lyndsey is my older sister and I went in expecting to laugh and have fun, I was overwhelmed with her level of professionalism and knowledge of how to modify exercises so I didn’t feel pain but instead the burn from a full body workout. For the hour I was there she wasn’t my sister she was an educated, motivated, dedicated trainer that met all my needs and inspired me to actually seriously start this journey and I will for sure be seeing her and the other incredible team members at Thrive!!

I cannot recommend Thrive Movement Studio enough. The Small Group Training format connects you with the friendly, supportive community of trainers and clients at Thrive, while giving you a really good workout. Christine and her team really care about their clients. They provide regular challenges, contests and check-ins to keep you motivated, and you can always check in with your trainer for personalized help and advice.During the pandemic Thrive has been there every step of the way -- taking their classes online via Zoom, renting out equipment and staying in touch. I feel happy and privileged to be part of this community and recommend it heartily. Try it out!!

Christine and the entire team of trainers at Thrive are so welcoming and so wonderful! The Small Group Training (SGT) sessions always hit the mark, combine a good amount of cardio and strength exercises, and always make me want to come back for more - so much better than any "group fitness class" you'll find at other gyms. The programming keeps you motivated, the dedicated session times help keep you accountable to actually show-up, and as a local, small business, the quality of service is always 110%. I highly recommend!

I have been attending Thrive since it first opened ...even after a year and half hiatus, I was welcomed back with positive and warm welcomes. I love this studio for its intimate community feel. The trainers get to know you as a person and it feels like working out with friends who care, ask and know about you as an individual. I do the SGT program twice a week and love the accountability the group holds for each other as well as the support and knowledge the trainers give.
