Very unfriendly & inexperienced customer service, telling me no French Vanilla AFTER I've paid, have to repeat my orders, staff always rushing my coffee in drive thru, otherwise making me wait 10 mins if I'm inside; they need proper training on customer service that we as Canadians used to be proud of 20 years ago.

Updated review * * * 2024This is my go to location every morning.Yes, line ups here are long but they push people thru fast. Cx is amazing here definitely a change up from before. Even the supervisor is extremely kind and polite. We do miss Simran though ♡♡Kid-friendliness: Each staff I've noticed always smile and say hi to the kids that stop through.

I visited tim Hortons south surrey this location. There customer service is soo bad . I will rate them in negative . They dont worry about customer service they were only working to fix average. Their was a lady may be she was was supervisor over their she was pressurising her staff even they were in shortage in staff .she should treat humans like human not robos . They need to work on their customers service they need to have. Friendly staff and manger need to learn basic management skills

Always ask for peanut butter on my English muffin toasted. Always receive peanut butter on the side (kinda hard to put peanut butter on bread while driving). Additionally I will almost ALWAYS get pulled into the parking lot to wait for order- even when nobody is in line behind me. You should really worry more about customer experience than boosting your drive thru stats by blasting people through. Also the number of times I’ve gotten the wrong order- Tim Hortons is disappointing nowadays

I work as a health care worker in one of the facilities in white rock. I work mostly night shifts. Before I go to work, I always swing by this location to grab a decaf coffee. I drink only decaf coffee because regular coffee gives me heart palpitations. This location does not have decaf coffee consistently for almost a week now. Not sure if they really don’t have any stock of decaf coffee available or they’re doing it on purpose just being lazy. The staff in the drive thru has trouble hearing the orders. I keep repeating my orders. It feels so good to live close to this drive thru location but the service is terrible and has limited resources available.The only coffee shop I know that has no DECAF Coffee. As a health care worker it’s a bit disturbing to not having the preferred coffee you like when headed to work. Hope this gets corrected.

the worst Tim Horton service i ever seen, did not change since 5 years ago and i decided to give them a chance again saturday morning, i can't go to the drive trough because i have an extended sprinter so i walked inside, i am the second in line someone is waiting the the cash , 5-10-20, 22 minutes later no one came to serve the client i am still 2nd , all the employees ignored us we are now 9 in line, so i left and went to grandview corners amazing service 2 day in a row

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, instead received a biscuit sandwich along with a good dose of MOLD! There was so much mold that the person preparing it had to see what they were serving. I sent in my concerns to Tim Hortons and they said they'd get the owners/management to contact me to rectify the situation. After many email exchanges with Tim Hortons--no response from the owner/management team after close to 4 weeks. I will no longer patronize this location!
