We went to Trail appliances after a bad experience at one of their competitors. We couldn't be happier with our experience from beginning to end. Kash helped us in-store where he helped us find the fridge we wanted - the selection they have is incredible and the showroom was beautiful (they have a large selection with every appliance on the floor so you can see what you're buying). He was very kind and helpful, not pushy or condescending like our experience at Home Depot. He was able to arrange the disconnection of our water line, installation of the fridge and the reconnection of our water line. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and respectful, as well as efficient and on time. Any future appliances we need will be purchased at Trail Appliances as they far surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for an appliance to try Trail Appliance.
