I have been very impressed by this company, both for the quality of produce, and the good customer service! They quickly confirm your order, confirm by email which date they will deliver it and then text when it's been dropped off. Very convenient!

Ordered a fruit and vegetable box online Australia to my parent's home in the lower mainland and I was very impressed with the prompt communication from Pamal. He made the ordering process very simple and easy. I placed an order and within minutes received a confirmation from Pamal, himself. Pamal went out of the way to deliver to my parent's home sooner than the expected delivery date which would be another 6 days away. Thank you so much Pamal for your excellent customer service, beautiful fruit/veggie box and the kind gesture!

I’m sorry but I just have to rate this place a magnificent 10 out of 5. My sister introduced me to this brand a few years ago and I have ordered on and off as I have moved. I have never had such fresh, gorgeous local greens and fruit with an assortment of boxes for every family and individual. You are overwhelmed at how much food you have; like a Xmas present lol. Hi I’m Jane,I’m disabled, on a very strict budget AND I’m Vegan???Yesterday, June 28th for the first time ever, I called Tropical Produce and spoke with Pamal.He made my ordering and delivery questions, simple and easy to figure out with his help. ??He was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak with. He made completing my first order simple and exciting to do.Today my produce box A arrived and WOW is all I can say???Being Vegan I know my fruits and vegetables very well.?and I can comfortably say that, my order could have only been fresher if I had picked it out of the garden myself! ???I wish I had discovered Tropical Produce 2 years ago ????

This nice couple who runs this business took 20+ minutes out of their day to explain to me about my favorite blue jay oranges. I will buy boxes of oranges here for now on. Their good reviews are well-earned.

I have been using this company for over a year now and I am very happy with the price, quality and quantity of their products. I have bought most produce box varieties now and I am always surprised at how many vegetables you get for the price. By mistake, this last time was the first time that something was missing from the order but as soon as I mentioned it, the next day they came and delivered the missing bananas, along with a complementary gift as an apology. Fantastic customer service! I am looking forward to placing my next order already. :)
