Been shopping here since they started working in the Mall, never had to return any item, except a pair of shoes that were completely wrong size and they told me they wouldn't return or exchange it. New policy? I am disappointed ?

that is such an amazing store we absolutely loved it, that is the only store we will buy kids clothing from now they have just got a very devoted customer
