Huge showroom with very nice room displays. Open to the public - but you must work with a dealer or designer to purchase/order items. Really helpful staff. Make sure you sit in the giant chair at the entrance!

We loved our experience at Van Gogh! Thank you to Jeeti for guiding us through the showroom. The showroom is so beautiful with so much inspiration. So clean and such friendly staff who all said hi to us! Also, love the coffee and snack station for customers as looking through the showroom can get tiring. Will definitely be back!

Our strata sectional was totally refurbished with recovered seat and back cushions and tightened seating suspension. The fabric match is perfect and now it looks like a new sofa. Great work on the details and great pickup and delivery service.

Avoid this retailer!! Sales person here in Oakville is calling them on order status and it is as we don't exist. Inquires not returned. Payment accepted but follow up care and service nil.

Ordered chairs in April ..4 delivered in Nov 2022... two dining chairs had broken legs. Returned immediately but no support from Van Gogh Designs. Anyone buying new furniture .... seek other options.

What looks good can be deceiving!! We waited 8 months for dining chairs to have them delivered damaged. Now 2023 ... 10th month no chairs .. no compensation for poor shipping standards. Do not shop Van Gogh!!

Never buy from Van Gogh if you want quality or customer service. I bought 2 love seats and almost immediately I noticed piling on the fabric on places no one sits - like the pillows. Oddly this happens to only one love seat the other is fine and gets just as much use. Contacted customer service and they “looked into it” but in the end did nothing. These were not cheap - over $5000. At the end of the day they didn’t care. Also the cushions are hard and the inside stuffing in the upper cushion seems very cheap, they already losing their shape. It’s only two adults using them. I wish I had kept my 15 year old well made Ethan Allen sofa.

We were able to customize our couch, ottoman and chair to make it uniquely our own with advice from Amber Mann in the showroom. I can't express enough how appreciative we were to have Amber spend time with us and lend her expert opinion on colour and design choices (there were sooo many swatches!) We are so happy with the final result!10/10 we would recommend Van Gogh Designs for quality and customizable furniture! Would also highly recommend you see Amber if you have the chance!

I'm reluctantly giving Van Gogh a 3 vs a 2 review because we haven't gone ahead with a warranty claim as of yet. So I can't speak to whether or not they are going to stand behind their products. But I will say, if I had to do it all over again I'd look elsewhere. Besides a couple other issues, the fabric on our couch is already pilling and fraying after 2 months! And that's not covered?! We had a 20 year old couch that didn't even have pilling! Absolutely expected a premium couch for the premium price spent. Frustrating to say the least.
