I went there on sept/25 at 1:00 it was 2 tellers they we’re new and training and big big lineups and nobody cared,I asked for Manager and she didn’t come out I am disappointed ???

VANCITY is the worst possible bank you can bank at. I have been with them for 4 years. The wait time is unbelievable and the staff rudness is at another level. The tellers are the ones I’m talking about. The older the worst. The reason I am leaving Vancity is that their VISA put a hold on my chequing account. When I came to close my account they said I needed an appointment to do. I booked an appointment and came back and still they are saying that they need the approval of VISA. DO NOT DO NOT BANK with VANCITY. If you value your peace of mind.

jasmin on the counter working girl she don’t know the meaning of accrued interest meaning and then she asked someone , they told her it’s there interest is more than payment then i said her can you increase my payment she said you need to call or book appointment , i said it happened many time when interest go up they did for me on counter, then she agree she don’t know how to do in computer, i don’t know how they got this job? very disappointing

If you are first time home buyer PLEASE DONT GO HERE.They told me no penalty for changing from variable to fixed within vancity, so i choose variable so that whenever i wish ican lock.But now I want to lock now they asking huge penalty ? so sad. False information.My life stuck with heavy burden of paying high interest rate because of their adviser I don't want to mention her name. They are main focus is to make money ONLY.My request to them play with rich people. Try to help for common people. Your corporate banker is already billiniore.End of month you get only salary and you have to live with common people only.

I had a great experience with opening up my account at Vancity. Khyati Patel was very professional and helpful. Her customer service is very good and she saved us a lot of time. Even we were late but still she treated us with a big smile and cleared all our queries.

Teach staff english. I witnessed a lady explain the staff that her husband is deceased and was trying to deposit the cheque and the employee could not understand at all. And was non apologetic and just kind of non human. It was the lady operating on the third wicket when facing the three tvs on the wall. Time is 2:39 PM jan 5th. That lady acted like she worked at SBI bank. Give her this feedback and sh’ll know what it means.

My experience today at Vancity Newton Branch was memorable. From the entrance, the security guard was so professional and diligent, a real gentleman. When I got my appointment with Khyati, she was so professional and helpful. She advised me to improve my financial score and get the best earnings return. I am amazed by my experience today at that office. If you want to open an account and get financial advice, I recommend you go to Vancity Newton brunch and talk to Khyati.

Bank staff member Rajni's customer service is very good. She helped me and my wife very quickly today with a smiling face. Rajni's good customer service saved us a lot of time. Many thanks to the bank manager for having a good staff like Rajni.

WARNING - AWFUL BANK and most AWFUL branch - they mess up with your credit score - Please don't bank with them if you care about your CREDIT SCORE! I would have given them a negative rating if I could... they messed up at every step from providing WRONG information to not taking accountability for it... creating several issues for a cheque to be cleared towards a credit line payment. THIS BRANCH will NOT answer your calls or respond especially after they bungle up. Their credit line account appears in your credit history 5 months after the account is cleared and closed and they will NOT take any responsibility to rectify it! the assistant branch manager will NOT return your calls (left 10 + messages over a period of 3 weeks) and their teller responds ONLY until you demand results after which they choose to NOT respond at all. I bank with Scotia and RBC and these win anyday. DO NOT bank with VANCITY if you value your CREDIT SCORE or your TIME!!!
