Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in because I was having issues with my front brake ABS system causing my front brakes to not stop properly. They are incompetent with their communication and false timelines. It took them 2 days to "inform" me that they couldn't use the scanner to read any codes regarding my issues. So they would need to do a visual inspection, is that not common sense? Anyways they completely disregarded the issues and concerns I brought to them telling me that my rear drums were in need of servicing and would cost around $900, that issue is not what I had brought it there for and was well aware that they would need servicing soon. They try to milk repairs before addressing the one in question. All in all I had no vehicle for 2 days, no solution to my problem, and out $205 for there "diagnosing". Not only that when I started driving it, it was worse then when I brought it in. I would read all the negative reviews before even thinking about coming to this shop. Save your money and look for a more honest, competent shop. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

I had to wait an hour after my appointment time, but I find them in a good business and busy with all jobs they have. They inspected my car, happy with what I find out about my truck.

Dropped off my pickup for an alignment, told me what has to be done and should be kept in mind for the future, was amazed on how well they did making my pickup drive like brand new. Highly recommend

A shop doing exhaust work informed me that I had rust damage on part of my vehicle's frame. They recommended Vancouver Axle and Frame.I was able to get an appointment very quickly and repair completed the following day. Everything exactly as estimated and described. All the interactions I had with the staff were friendly and professional.

Had an appointment and drove for an hour to get there, when arrived I was told the person made the appointment didn't write down the info and he was not there that day... then they told me to leave my new jeep with them just to look at it since "they're busy" and their staff sitting out side and there was a free spot to check my jeep for a few minutes which they didn't do!

After my vehicle was inspected twice, once by the bodyshop that did the repairs and once by Ram I was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I knew otherwise. Todays appointment confirmed the damage I was hearing. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and confirming to the insurance company.

For a frame repair shop these guys sure seem to have a hard time getting it right. Took my personal vehicle here with an already pre fabricated replacement section in to be cut and welded into place and was told this would be no problem as they have done this exact thing on the same vehicle before. After returning to pick up my vehicle the welds looked terrible and they actually cut a section of my rock sliders off and did a poor job of reattaching. The welds on the replacement piece were no better- filled with pock marks and missed sections making it look like an amateur had done this. After being promised this would be remedied I returned to find that it was somewhat better and was painted black. Didn't find out till a few months later going under to do my own undercoating and wire wheeling the welds that they were still full of holes and sections still missed. Would not go here again.

I end up with a very poor experience of servicing my Class A rv here. Kevin has great customer service skills, but it took 3 months to perform 1 week worth of work. They didn’t bother to replace fuel filter with engine service, but charged me for this work. It cost me 1hr of labour to replace 1 small perimeter light with 2 screws and 2 wires. I had to redo the wheel alignment a year later as it was badly off, even though it is their specialty. Fountain Tire did an excellent alignment for me and provided computer report before and after alignment. VanAxle didn’t do that. They have small yard and pack big vehicles tight. As result my rv got damage on rear bumper and on drivers window frame, but VanAxle refused to acknowledge this happened. They told me my front brakes are worn out, but refused to provide proof of this. I authorized brakes replacement and later saw the brake pads having minor wear. I requested to have them back, but for some reason they got disposed of. They recharged my dashboard ac but refused to replace a relay to activate it. AC work half done in the middle of hottest summer on record! They wanted $500 for relay replacement but later refused to do it at all. I did it myself and it costed me $25. I asked them to check on rv levelling jacks as they were slow to retract. VanAxle overloaded the pump while pushing them back and the pump broke. Again not their issue but mine as per VanAxle owner. I could keep going about my experience with them. In the end VanAxle owner refused to provide credit for broken pump or even the work they didn’t perform or performed poorly. This is the worst vehicle service experience I had in years! Later Kal Tire refused to perform wheel alignment due to my poor experience with VanAxle. So unprofessional!!! The gang behaviour. You can get a better service at Fountain Tire or Dams Ford.

Absolutely by far the worst experience with a repair shop in my history of 20+ years of fleet management in the trucking industry, dealing with 100's of shops throughout North America for 1000's of commercial vehicle repairs. It took them 12 days to complete 16.5 hours of work and the problem is still not corrected. Despite booking the job 1 week in advance, we were continually misled on timelines and work being completed as promised in order for VanAxle to retain the job.Dishonest timelines and commitments that they had never intended on meeting, no communication unless we phoned them or showed up at the door questioning. Refused to reply to our email concerns in writing and would only call on the phone to argue or gaslight, despite the vehicle GPS reports and eye witness accounts showing the truck was moved offsite to a parking lot nearby for multiple days ... ignored and left untouched.Dishonest and unethical business practices to hold the vehicle mid repair and work on their timeline without regard or concern for their customers' lost revenue and the drivers lost wages.Despite the fluffy replies you may see from them on the previous bad reviews from many others, they truly do not care that they have created hardship for the customer and make no attempt to rectify the situation. Shameful
