I purchased JL Audio Subwoofer HO112-W6v3 in February 2024 from King George Vision. The rep (Sunny) initially was good in customer service until the subwoofer and the amplifier blew in August 2024.
I dropped both products at the shop and they told me both items were going to be shipped to USA for repairs.
I followed up multiple times and it took like a month for them to respond what was going to happen.
When both got returned, they said the subwoofer got replaced but the box is same. I accepted it. When I saw the box it had two damage spots on it + the sound quality was like a cheap subwoofer. (pictures attached) I asked them if they can provide me a receipt form JL that the subwoofer was replaced, they gave me a vague receipt from Vision itself (not a JL repair receipt) that the sub was repaired. They also told me that they removed the subwoofer from the box and they stored the box at their shop but never took responsibility for the damages happened to the box.
After all the evidence, I am sure they did not got the subwoofer repaired from JL and replaced my subwoofer + box with an old damaged one. I am going to email JL about the situation as well and will ask if they have repaired the my subwoofer.
Also, when I asked the rep about the damages, he called the warehouse guy who was very unprofessional and had grin on his face and told me that it was me who caused the damage. WHAT AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENT.! and started a blame game. Rather than argue, I told the rep that I will be reaching out to JL Audio in regards to the matter.
They rep booked an appointment for checking on subwoofer sound quality + installation for my JL Audio C3 that I order earlier. After the appointment, the sound quality improved but not to the original quality. But the installer refused to install the new Amplifier. The C3 speaker were installed good but its’ amplifier is still missing JL Audio logo (its comes in the box but seems like they misplaced it) I have asked the rep to get me that logo but its been month and I have not heard from the rep.
“My experience with Visions King George + the repaired subwoofer’s quality + the missing JL Audio logo on the Amplifier” has made me hate my car so much that I have driven it only thrice since it came back. $6000 spent on good product but crappy people made it sound like crap.!
I wish I would have sent the subwoofer and amplifier to JL myself and got it fixed from professionals rather than these useless team at Vision King George.
Oh I forgot, I paid for 5 year insurance on top of purchasing products + installation. Such a waste of money.
Sunny, I appreciate your help but your team has let you down bud.! I hate to say you are a part of your team.

This is the third tv I have bought at visions Surrey. The sales manager Mark Konn was friendly, knowledgeable and got me a great deal on my Sony Bravia 8 OLED tv. I highly recommend him and visions for your electronic needs.
