The absolute best customer service ever. I spoke with 4 different team members between renting a truck and also renting a storage unit. Every single one of the team members were super welcoming and helpful. These guys know what they are doing. We were stressed out moving and everything that could have went wrong during our move, went wrong, so it was a relief to deal with a team that go above and beyond. They were so helpful, friendly and easy to do business with. I’d do a song and dance about this place. Thanks for everything ❤️

I’ve been renting space from this place for years. Top-notch experience all around. On occasion, I need to use a rental vehicle and The staff are so helpful. I’ve forgotten stuff outside of my spot and Chris was kind enough to put it aside for me. Never too crazy busy to get to your spot. Very happy with the crew here. Would highly recommend this establishment for your storage needs.

Fantastic reception. Got the full tour. Very charismatic employees that walk you through every detail. They taxi you to the storage unit so you can view it easily and can have you signed up in no time. Whole process took maybe 20 min tops. Highly recommend.

Very nice people. good options. I do feel that gate exit times are too early at 7-8 pm. for those of us that need in there frequently, I have needed to access the my storage much later in the past

Moved out today and it is clear there is a problem with mice…droppings all throughout my locker…obvious effort being made with traps throughout the building but still a big inconvenience

I used ULock to store my personal things for almost 2 years - they were incredible to work with, prompt, polite, and customer service orientated without challenge. Facilities clean ,and easy access with no issues. I would use this storage facility again anytime.

Going through application process, storage unit inspection and follow through with contract details all performed flawlessly. What was described and promised when I was first checking out a few different options was what was delivered when I signed storage unit rental contract. Staff are professional and courteous - full recommendation given without hesitation or reservations ?
