Don’t trust this shop, I took my daughter Mercedes car to this shop for leaking oil and they give us wrong diagnoses and give us estimate over $2,000 to fix it and I was so surprise and said no cause the European shop quote only $770 and then they want us to pay they wrong diagnoses 162, I said no your diagnoses wrong, you tried to rip us off, they keep texting and call my daughter and threaten her to put lien on our car, I texted them a lot regarding this matters and but they didn’t reply my text instead they keep harassing my daughter with tons of text and phone call to pay they wrong diagnoses up to today so I decided to write the true about this shop. By the way We fixed the leaking from better shop that dealing with European car only for $770 No more leak now. Can you believe, this shop whiterock automotive quote us bit over $2,000 with difference diagnoses. Be careful don't trust this shop with their diagnosis, please checked their other review is same happen with other customs the qoutation more then double then others reputation shop, please read they review. The previous owner of this shop is honest and trust worthy not this one, very disappointed.

Always a great customer and mechanical service in this hidden gem of a no-frills good-ol' fashioned neighbourhood workshop. Make sure to make an appointment and be on time - they are busy!

If I could give 0 star to this place, I would. The lady at the front desk doesn't know how to talk to people at all. She yelled at me, asked me to get out. The back story is I called at 3.07 to tell that I am 3 minutes away from the place and if I can still make it to my appointment. My appointment was at 3.00pm. She started yelling at me and I asked her if she can be polite and talk nicely. She kept yelling so I told her I don't need her services and I hung up. I was already at the white rock automotive services so I decided to go in and talk to the owner. She immediately told me if I am the lady who was on the phone and she asked me to get out. She lied about the time I called until i showed her the phone call log and then she said leave early if you can't make on time I can't get you in. She kept saying stuff and very assertively told me that I have no one to complain and she is the manager here. When I asked who is the owner she gave me a name Harvey and said I can do whatever I want to. She just doesn't know how to speak with people overall, forget about customer service. If there are video cameras at premises I would ask the owner to check the entire conversation. I will never give my business to them. I have a video of her yelling but I can't attach it here. Worst customer service.

Worst experience ever head in Canada for an Oil change and the receptionist over there was extremely rude and arrogant. I thought it may be just with me but after seeing reviews about her I’m sure that she’s not at all good with anyone.
I was just 7 minutes late and I called them to inform that I’m just 3 minutes away but the lady started screaming badly. If this is your customer service then you should probably sit idle.

This is a good place to go to for SB. When I went for an inspection, I was not informed of the inspection fee. When I quoted the price, I was told that the inspection fee would be several hundred dollars. Do you want to pay it? If you don’t give it, don’t give me the key! It’s a bit like an old domestic routine!

My husband and I both feel very well taken care of by this shop. We’ve had many vehicles serviced and repaired here over the past 5 years including our sons and we always leave happy. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars

Very bad customer service on the phone. Like people have previously mentioned, Alex is a very rude person. Should learn how to deal with customers first and because of her, I did not even take my vehicle to them.

I dealt mainly with Alex, but she was very honest about what work needed to get done, explained the anatomy of brakes to me and told me her advice on how to get the most out of my existing set while being safe. I really appreciate a forthcoming auto place bc I don’t know much about cars. I think this is a place you can trust!

They used to be good years and years ago, but now is a different story.
I went there Wednesday to have my front brake pads done, and I received a message telling me that the pads were at 0% (meaning completely gone, metal on metal) and the calipers were "jammed" so everything now had to be replaced. The estimate went from $725 to $1,800 plus tax.
I refused the insanely expensive repair, even though she kept telling me that my care was unsafe to drive on the road. Fearing for my safety, I drove home slowly (but without issue, as the brakes were not even squealing). We removed the front tires to check for ourselves.
Well, first of all, my husband removed the right caliper himself with a small everyday tool we had at home, no problem. So much for being "jammed." It wasn't. The front break pad was NOT metal to metal, that was a lie, it had 10-20% left (I have pictures). When we went to remove the left front tire, we found out that it had not been touched at all! The dust from the road was still covering all the parts evenly; they had not even bothered to remove it to check.
They charged me for TWO HOURS of labour to "remove everything and put it all back" when obviously, only ONE tire was removed, which takes no time at all.
They tried to scare me into paying for a repair that was unwarranted. I don't know if it's because I am a woman and went there by myself, but I feel for all the customers they must have scammed like that over the years. I am lucky that I have someone at home who can verify those things; I understand that most people don't and that's why dishonest garages like this seem to stay in business. I made an official complaint to the BBB and am deciding what else I can do to make them accountable for their actions.
P.S. Husband (who works 50 hours a week and has better things to do) changed both brake pads in the driveway in under two hours. By himself. No issue with the calipers whatsoever. All the parts came to less than $300.

The owner is very cool and helpful. The tire change was very quick and professional. The price was very good. I am going to come back here for a brake replacement. I highly recommend.

I'm really pleased to have found these guys, (I'm not easily pleased), but on Customer Service, Price and just really nice to deal with. I remember using them a long time ago, & was happy to see they were still in business. White Rock Automotive Services is my new go to place to service my 2002 Mazda. Thanks guys!
