Obvious they only want to talk to you if you are spending thousands on precious jem purchases. I guess that is fair, but at lease treat people with respect. That's the bare minimum

Stopped by today for help with my watch. I was helped right away, repair was done within minutes, and when I asked how much, I was told no charge.

These people were very helpful, surprisingly with showing me how to open up a bike lock that had an alarm in it. I somehow couldn’t figure out how to do it, but the jeweller was very helpful.

Excellent customer service! My husband and I came in for a ring polish. They were able to fit us in last minute for a clean and were very friendly and welcoming. My ring looks brand new again! Definitely recommend this business. Thank you so much!

Friendly, professional and happy to help. Brought in a chain my husband had bought there to be repaired and have a larger loop added for ease of wearing. There was no fuss and done to my satisfaction only to find once home and went to slip my anniversary pendant back onto chain that the new loop was now too large to slip onto chain (my fault for not bringing the pendant in at time of repair). Brought the chain and pendant back and explained the situation to which they happily fixed with no issue or extra cost. Thank you White Rock Jewellers!

I brought my silver ring in for repairs on the band and when I got it back it was fixed perfectly!!! They polished it and returned it to me as if new!! Excellent customer service!
