This is the fourth time we have dealt with WR mattress. Every time they have gone above and beyond to help us! The bed we bought was a bottom up top down frame! The delivery men not only set up the new one but took the old one away. I was just delighted with their help. They were efficient and charming!
Jamie whom we he dealt with many times is so knowledgeable and sure knows her products!

What amazing service! As soon as you walk through this Surrey mattress store, you're immediately greeted by friendly staff who are happy to show you different mattresses and materials. I switched over to latex and it was the best decision I've ever made!! No more sore shoulders or stiff neck when I wake up. I'm truly grateful for all their help. I couldn't recommend WR Mattress Gallery enough! 10/10!

Great staff throughout, Raman is very knowledgeable, been in the industry for years and she was quick to understand what I needed.
She was able to get me set up with excellent mattresses at a reasonable price.
I also had an issue with an old bed frame which had no slats. Dave actually made a house call and built slats and runners for me.
I couldn’t ask for better customer service than I received.

Customer service at WR Mattress is awesome. Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Dave also gave his feedback about the Pure Energy mattress. Out of this world comfortable, no more back pain. The delivery fellows were very polite, respectful, and took their shoes off. From start to finish everything was handled with great care and respect. This is the only mattress store for me. Thank you again to all the staff at WR Mattress.

My wife and I were looking for a queen size leather sofa bed and have been delighted with the offering from WR Mattress, which we have now received. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jaime as we worked towards our selection. Other staff there were also pleased to assist when we called in for further information . We had been concerned about the total mattress size when we were evaluating the market and our selection of the ‘Transformer’ queen sized model was ideal. Also, the range of colour selection for the leather finish was broad and it was easy to select one perfect for our needs. When our unit came, the personnel who delivered it were extremely helpful in the placement and their attention to cleanliness and removal of the packing materials was exceptional.
What an altogether great team through the order process to final delivery and setup!! We have been delighted and impressed! We strongly recommend WR Mattress to other prospective customers who are looking for great products and an outstanding service experience.

We were referred to Jamie for a custom mattress order. She was super helpful and accommodating, especially since we had some delays on our end, she was extremely flexible and understanding and held our order until it worked out best for us. Delivery team was great, efficient and quick with relocating our existing mattress for us too. Definitely recommend and will shop with them agian for future mattress needs.

While waiting on delayed home reno's we had many interactions over a 3 month period with both Dave and Jamie at this store. These people are very pleasant and patient, no pressure, and knowledgeable. The real deal and highly recommended. Don't walk...run to this store!

Bought a floor model cabinet bed from WR Mattress Gallery recently. Sales staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.
Delivery staff were also awesome - very careful navigating narrow hallway and doors. Offered to do a demo if I needed. Service with a smile!

Researched different hide-a-bed / sofa bed options with friends and family. Two family members had purchased cabinet beds from WR Mattress Gallery and gave positive feedback.
Dave handled my cabinet bed purchase very well. The schedule was timely. The crew that delivered and assembled were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They provided another demo on how to open, set up and close again. Great job!
Purchased additional disposal of the old hide-a-bed - all done in one efficient process.

We recently purchased a mattress and adjustable bed from WR Mattress Gallery, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our salesperson, Dave, was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to answer all of our questions and ensure we found the perfect fit for our needs. Not only did he provide us with a great deal, but he also made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The delivery service was equally impressive. The delivery team was courteous and professional, handling the installation of the bed with ease. They took the time to explain all of the functions of the adjustable bed and even went the extra mile to remove all of the packaging materials, leaving us with a hassle-free experience.

The first mattress we had from WR Mattress was not a great fit for my partner and myself. Due to their amazing policy we were able to return the mattress and had a new one delivered. The new mattress is amazing and we have been getting amazing sleeps. All the staff from sales, admin, to delivery have all been professional and super helpful. Highly recommend.
