My wife was having trouble getting into her high bed and so I saw Jaime at the Mattress Gallery who suggested a 2" bed spring to replace the 8 1/2" one. It was delivered a week later and my wife is very happy we made the change. Many thanks, Anthony Cook.

I highly recommend WR Mattress. I received very good service, both on the phone and in the store. Delivery was on the date requested by me. The delivery guys were very polite and explained well how to take care of the mattress and warranty.

Do yourself a favour and check these mattresses out. I purchased the hybrid mattress with the 4 inch latex topping, I couldn't be happier.Do your research on latex mattress materials, as it does not get as hot as some of these other materials.

I'm writing this review on my mom's behalf.Our whole experience with WR Mattress Gallery has been absolutely wonderful!!! Right from trying out different mattresses in store, to payment, to delivery has been absolutely great - stress free. Mom decided on the first mattress she tried, and Raman was great at getting my mom to try other mattresses. The one my mom selected was actually a better choice for her and costs less!!! Raman saved my mom some money and made sure she got what she really needed. Delivery was on time with two young men named Sahil and Arshpreet.There was extra work to be done to take apart and remove a waterbed frame (still set up), and install and set up a different frame and headboard. Once they got the clearance from the boss, Sahil and Arshpreet did all that happily, and were very careful with getting the large waterbed pieces out of the house. They were also quick to set up the new frame and attach the headboard my mom had, put a boxspring in place for her and then bring in the new mattress. A lot of extra work, but these guys did it all in 45 minutes, and were happy that we were happy with their work. All this extra work put them behind schedule, but they took that in stride and wished us well.If you want a new mattress, quality and service, WR Mattress Gallery is the place to go to. Love it!!!

Our shopping experience with Jaime was fantastic. We bought a cabinet bed and it was delivered quickly, even earlier than expected. The delivery guys were prompt and courteous. They installed it for us and took away all the packaging. Highly recommend WR Mattress Gallery.

On my first visit, Jaime walked me around the store and explained to me the differences in the mattresses - she is extremely knowledgeable and sweet to talk to. On my next visit, I was greeted by Raman, who then helped me choose what would work best with the existing frame I have. I placed my order for both the rooms that needed beds the same day and it was a smooth process. I would highly recommend you to check their store out for great customer service.
