“I went there to find out what was wrong with my car and he was nice and honest to me to let me know that my car wasn't worth fixing so I appreciated that. Didn't appreciate that. I had to go and find a new car but better to know that something can't be fixed then they fix it and then you find later that you can't insure your car again”
