    Always great service at Terrace Totem Ford. I live in Kitimat but my preferred shop is most definitely Terrace.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issue wasn't resolved the first time, but it was when we took it back. There was no charge for the second repair which was awesome! Definitely recommend Totem Ford.
