“Brought my car in for an ICBC repair. Norm’s is one of the only retailers who deals with ICBC up north, but it was worth the wait. All my repairs were to the exterior body of my vehicle, and I picked my car up to a clean and tidied inside on top of a fixed frame. As a mom of a young child, this meant the world to me. I had another issue about a month after the repair so brought my vehicle in thinking it was tied to the incident. It was not part of the claim, but they dealt with the problem for me and fixed the noise anyways. Very pleased with the polite and prompt customer service I received.”

“These guys made an exception to get me booked in for a prep purchase inspection on a truck I was looking to buy. The dealer dropped the ball big time. But they made timing work out and I appreciate those types of businesses. Thanks guys I owe yah”

“Norm’s Auto Refinishing was able to buff out a small scrape at a reasonable cost so I brought them my truck for a bigger job. They were very professional and my truck came out fantastic! They even detailed the inside of my truck while they had it! Highly recommend them! Terrific service!”
