“All star shoes is a fantastic store with lovely workers. They have exclusive brands like blundstone and fjallraven. I got my blundstone boots from there years years ago and they are still going strong. They have really nice hiking packs too! Staff is so great and helpful 10/10 recommend.”

“I ordered some shorts for pick up in Terrace since my size wasn't available in Kitimat. My sister drove up an hour or so later and the order wasn't ready. The clerk said to just pick up a pair from the shelf, then cancel the order. I couldn't find anywhere on the website to cancel, but the website said the order would be canceled and refunded if the order wasn't picked up within 2 weeks. It wasn't. I called back and got a young lady on the phone who said it would be refunded after a certain number of business days. It wasn't. Now a month later I called Mark's in Terrace, they can't find anything and asked for the order number. I don't have it. "There is nothing I can do without the order number." Oddly they found it the first time without the order number.
It's amazing how much money I spend at Mark's, it was my go to place for clothes, now it's just another rip-off clothing store.
I'm not sure if it's just the Terrace location that's the problem and I'll change this review if I can get a refund after working my way up Mark's ladder to someone who can help. Avoid Terrace Mark's.

*Edit. Mark's has since refunded me for the shorts. So I raised my review to 4 stars, one missing for having to raise a sink to get the refund. Reviews matter.”
