“We stopped in at RalComm because our Kenwood radio was not properly connected to the rooftop antennae cable, the cable was fraying at the connector. Lucky for us, they had time to fix the issue. RalComm has a beautiful shop, with an impressive work bay. The technician was very familiar with the equipment and he checked all connections, even where the antenna attaches to the roof, and discovered more issues there. Fixed it, tested the whole set up, even added extra protection at the base to keep the cable secure, and charged us very little for all the effort.
