From the first time I walked in when they got their Sleep Token merch I was greeted the second I stepped in the door and offered help. They showed me all the different merch they had and even helped me source some from other locations.
The manager Tyler is amazing and he's picked an awesome staff that I usually end up hanging out with and chatting after my purchases because they're so friendly and we chat music and tattoos.
I've literally been going to Spencer's up and down the West Coast for a decade and this is the best store, with the best staff and the best selection.

“I was greeted and welcomed warmly by two young gentlemen Karan and Justin. They did a fantastic job creating a warm and cheerful environment. They helped me pick out a great birthday gift for my grandson after the one I had originally planned to buy was unavailable, due to a miscount on the company website.
