“I placed a pre-order for a Hot Toys 1/6 figure. As soon as they received it in stock, the item was shipped, and I received the package very quickly. They are professional, good communication, and excellent customer service. Thank you again!”
“We had a great shopping experience at Baby Square and we got a great deal for the Stokke high chair and Yoyo 3 baby stroller. The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly and offered us flexible schedule for pickup.”
“This token location has the best employees! They play the best music, have the best attitudes and are always great to talk to!Valentine is always a great help and is always enthusiastic about new sets!”
“Opened Paldea Evolved packs and they had been resealed with hot glue.
*Update*
I went back to the shop the next day and explained what happened. They were understanding and said it was an issue with their supplier. They refunded me fully before I even asked. I hope they can sort the issue out with their supplier.”
“Very organized baby store, many selections and high qualities. I was greeted right after enter the store, and service from their manager Neo was great! Will come back again!”

“5 Stars
A small but incredibly friendly LEGO store! What sets them apart are the three dedicated play areas inside—my kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave. The staff here are wonderful; they actually took the time to chat with my children and showed them their latest LEGO builds. It’s a very welcoming environment for families. Highly recommend!”
“I like here. 😀 there a lot of figures, but I couldn't find the one I was looking for. And they cost a bit more by $10 from different shops. The thing I bought was about $30, but it's usually like $20 or so. But, there still are a lot of figures of one piece, kuromi, etc so it's super fun. And the staff was realllllly friendly to me even when I bonked on the counter by accident🙃”
“Somehow, I grew up in Richmond but never checked out this toy shop before. Me and my pup friends came in today after Richmond Pride Walk in Steveston. The staff were SO KIND to us during our visit. I found a cute little Douglas dragon plush that is getting added to my collection. 🐉 We will definitely be back.”
“I visited Gacha Hobbies for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and I ended up purchasing some Dragon Ball items. They packed it very well for me too. I didn't catch their names, but thank you to the workers that assisted me on Monday.”

“Nicole is amazing, she explained everything and helped so we dont get scammed even though we clearly had no idea what we were doing.
Unfortunately no good pulls.”
