Won't release my package to me when I know its delivered. Then they tell me there going for lunch at 2pm forcing me to wait till tomorrow. Worst postal service I've ever witnessed.

Common sense is gone. A package was returned after one day for having the wrong address to my name. After living in the valley for 15 years the courteous approach would have been to put the card in my box before sending it back. Another month without hot water. Thanks Canada Post Valemount!

Customer service agents are doing their best. Dealing with an excess of post due to transient workers seems like a huge challenge. Always smiling faces, despite the apparent lack of appreciation. Keep up the good work!
