Great staff and great little Post Office offering a vital service to our community and local business. As an online business owner, I could not call the Robson Valley home without the Valemount Post Office and their services.Now, to all that have left pathetic low star feedback over the past three years, this is for you...1. It's not the PO staff's fault that the town was invaded by over 2000 troglodyte pipeliners for the past 3 years, more than doubling our population!2. Not the PO's fault that Trans Mountain completely lied about the volume of workers that would be invading our town or how long they would be here.3. I witnessed first hand on more than one occasion how rude pipeliners treated the staff at the Post Office. It's no wonder staff were short at times being so stress while being bullied and verbally abused by these classless, entitled, belligerent redneck morons.4. It's most certainly not the Post Office's fault that the crime this pipeline environmental disaster brought to our valley resulted in not one, but two destructive break-ins; forcing the PO to lock the lobby door for PO box access after hours.Again, great job to the Valemount Post Office & Staff for enduring the past 3 years of hell. Now that the last of the troglodytes are slithering out of the community, hopefully your workload will stabilize back to normal levels.

Customer service agents are doing their best. Dealing with an excess of post due to transient workers seems like a huge challenge. Always smiling faces, despite the apparent lack of appreciation. Keep up the good work!

Hours are poor . Its been one week ive been trying to get there on time … the hours are very special closed sundays , Saturday's open until 12:30 and they always close a quarter before weekdays they close at 5. It had to be the worst post office ive ever had to deal with . My package has been sitting there for a whole week and a half. Absolutely disgusted .

pure negligence, a post card was put in the wrong box, picked up by the wrong person, why? because they pick and choose who they ask for ID

Post Office closes earlier rhan expected..we came 12.30 today and it's already close..wow! Very good customer service..!

Okay, don't get me wrong the staff here can be friendly.They are understaffed. and they treat people like a burden.I always get a the feeling of they are too busy too assist me.Quite a few times now they have my package but don't get around to scanning it until the next day.They provide is the worst Canada Post experience I've had.

This review is about the employees and not canada post itself which is an embarrassment of a postal service. Workers are awesome and super friendly they ask how your days going. Always been helpful whenever i had a question. Never had a complaint about the workers themselves.

General delivery has been send back multiple times due to not having box number. Sometimes there is no option to add a box number which causes some problems with receiving mail. More so a Canada Post issue that needs to be addressed not the physical location or staff.
