Angry Otter Liquor offers a good selection of beer, wine, and whiskey, making it a convenient choice for many customers. The store's location is considered a blessing, and shoppers appreciate its variety, especially in craft beers and Caesars. However, some customers have experienced issues with the quality of the beer, noting that some cans appeared spoiled and tasted off, which has led to disappointment and concerns about the store's handling of stock. The selection of wines was once more extensive, but now leans more towards mainstream options, and prices for some craft beers are higher compared to other stores. Service experiences vary; while some find the staff helpful, others feel the store is sometimes empty and the employees do not engage or assist customers actively. Overall, Angry Otter Liquor is seen as a decent store with a good selection, but there are concerns about product quality, limited variety, and customer service. Despite these issues, it remains a convenient spot for purchases, especially for quick stops.
I recently moved to the area and have been coming here for a few months. And wow, can I say that this place lately looks brand new! Came in one day and got some terrific help from a gentleman named Ryan. He was professional and kind and if he's The reason the store looks so great. Give that man a raise!

New management has really changed things! Used to be kind of a dump but looks like an entirely different store!

It's ok as a last resort. Prime example of how tip culture has gone too far. Selection is below avg. Saw one cashier yell at a customer for assuming they could use an empty winebox.
