“What a lovely hidden Gem ^_^ I stumbled upon this store while desperately looking for a fruit wine for a girls night! Found a delicious blackberry wine that was a great hit <3 They had a great selection at an affordable price! Also, don’t get me started on how wonderful the staff are- Caroline is a ray of sunshine, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thank you for everything-will gladly come again!”
“If I still drank alcohol, I’d probably have left a four star review. The selection at Sutton Place Wine Merchants is quite excellent, except when it comes to dealcoholized beverages!
I had tried a zero proof Kim Crawford Chardonnay at an event and had been looking everywhere for it. The staff were super helpful, and I imagine they’re normally very knowledgeable about their products. Expecting them to know much about 0% wines may be a tall ask, but my main gripe relates to the cost and recommendation.
I was told the wines would be “as good or better,” so I ended up paying $36 for a bottle of French Divin. It was horrible and pretty much tasted like grape juice, which is exactly what I didn’t want. I bought something similar at Safeway for $4 on sale.
Again, this review is only meant to address a niche section of the store, and I do remember having a better experience in the past. Still, spending that much on such a poor wine was nothing to toast about!”

“They sell booze however I kinda miss the antics from the regular panhandlers out front. One of them had a Pitt Bull type dog that was trying to hump the leg of a guy wearing a walking cast. Or maybe that’s the dog’s go-to leg hence the walking cast.
Good selection and stock because it’s the full-size version, staff are friendly and helpful.”
