Simon was fantastic, he took the time to understand what I liked, talked me through the different options, and mocked up a design so I could properly picture them before making any decisions. It made the whole process so much easier.
The rest of the team were also lovely and really helpful every time I went in. They even polished my rings for me before my wedding, which was such a thoughtful touch.

“Stopped by quickly one evening just as the shop was closing up. We chatted quick with the owner and agreed to come by the next day. She remembered us and was so sweet when we came in the following day. She helped us with new permanent bracelets AND was kind enough to shorten an existing permanent piece that I had from a different shop in Victoria that had stretched out. I was SO appreciative of her willingness to help and I will definitely come back on any future visits to Van!”
