“My experience with Ash and Jocelyn at Ouro was absolutely wonderful, from the moment I entered to the moment I walked out the door!Jocelyn independently came out to the front desk after overhearing that I was having my septum re-pierced following a period of medical imaging that required me to remove the initial piercing. They were very thorough with their questions, and patient with my own regarding the process and possible new placement of my piercing. With Ash, we discussed the best jewelry options both for the initial piercing and future jewelry changes; their offerings are extensive and include local B.C. makers.The actual piercing process with Jocelyn was informative and - dare I say! - caring and supportive. It’s very clear how much pride Jocelyn takes not only in their skills, but at creating a safe, positive experience.Lastly, it’s always fun when everyone involved is stoked on the results! My new piercing sits far better than the previous one did, and Jocelyn and Ash were equally as jazzed about how it well it suits me. Will definitely return and recommend Ouro without hesitation ?”

“What a unique piece of art this lamp is. It was packaged securely, I was a little concerned being such a large glass globe in shipment. But it was so well insulated and arrived intact. This lamp adds such a striking element of coziness & such a beautiful thing is rarely seen. The seller was easy to work with and was responsive, they communicated with me about the lamp I wanted, which was not in stock. The seller offered similar alternatives, and also offered to make the one I wanted. I am glad we went that route, this is a gorgeous color combo! It is hand crafted with much skill. It emits a beautiful glow. I added an amber light bulb to give it an even warmer cozy look. Thrilled with this lamp!”
