I have always found the staff at the London Drugs Postal Outlet efficient, polite, and helpful. Some are more friendly than others, but never rude.

Always professional and patient even with the most idiotic customers who couldn’t lick the right side of a stamp with the help of an instructional video. Be prepared to wait in line though because its location near transit brings in all kinds of clueless people who have apparently never mailed a thing before.
