There is a lady working there who is extremely rude and impatient. She always finds excuses not to accept packages or makes the process unnecessarily complicated. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. people deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.

I almost went to a different Canada Post because of how brutal these reviews are but ended up here anyways and I found Bonnie to be very helpful, efficient and kind.

Extremely rude staff. Was very unhelpful when I asked for tape to shut an envelope and treated me like an idiot for asking. Avoid this place.
