“Helpful and courteous agents. Perfect place to rent and return a car for international travelers. Quick Uber from downtown to this location was easy. Had a 2026 Chevy Equinox and it was a dream. Return location made it easy to enjoy the rest of our last day at Kitsilano Beach Park. Used BOUNCE to store our bags so we could be more carefree.”
“Had a great experience renting from here. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The staff were professional and helpful from pickup to return. Would definitely rent from them again.”
“I just purchased a 2022 C8 corvette from Mark at Auto One. Mark definitely is a professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He did everything that he said he would do and I feel he went above and beyond what’s considered normal great service. He paid attention to every detail including organizing the pick up and delivery of my new car. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable and very competent sales person, Mark is definitely your guy! I would highly recommend Auto One and Mark to anyone looking for a perfect vehicle buying experience! ?”
“Had a rental car for a few days while my car was at the body repair shop. Every employee I dealt with at this location was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!”
“This place is truly great. I’m using AutoFlow as my Turo co-host, and the whole experience has been beyond smooth. Ramsey, Maria, Paola, Manuel at the detailing shop, and the whole team have been gracious, kind, friendly, and helpful.
I live on Commercial Drive, but I’ll drive here to get my car detailed or if I need a rental going forward…that’s how much I can vouch for these folks.”
“They called to notify that there may be a bit of a wait during pick up. I appreciated their effort and follow up. They went out of their way to ensure we got the car (an upgrade to ensure we had enough space). Will use service next time we are in Van.”
“Great experience getting rental car while waiting for my car getting fixed. They gave me newest model and walk through me with all clear information about my rental car. Definitely will come back !”

“Very easy & friendly car hire. Hussain went above and beyond. Car was great, booked a sedan but Hussain gave us a SUV which was much better for our luggage. When we dropped the car off, Hussain even dropped us off to the port for our cruise. Would definitely recommend.”
