Always a positive experience shopping here. We bought a few large furniture pieces and smaller items. The staff are friendly and the delivery is smooth. One time they delivered two chairs that were misaligned and cb2 replaced it with new ones with no issues.

My experience with CB2 has been largely positive. Yasmin was a pleasure to work with — she was always prompt, helpful, and responsive to any questions I had. Delivery was smooth, and the quality of the furniture feels well-matched to the price point.
