“I came here looking for tux rental for a black-tie event and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but owner Lloyd was welcoming, professional, and clearly experienced at what he does. He quickly helped put together a great outfit that fit the occasion perfectly.
The shirt material was especially comfortable and the overall fit was excellent — sharp, clean, and easy to wear throughout the event.
Would definitely come back again whenever I need formalwear in the future.”

“I’ve been shopping on and off at Nettle’s Tale for years and their business practices, in store experience, and continued commitment to size inclusivity makes them a 10/10 for me. Their staff both in store and via email are kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. When they say size inclusive they really mean it in every part of their products. I love how they have other Canadian brands in their Gastown location making shopping local really easy! I love their seasonal drops of clothing and it’s all quality pieces, I have stuff I still keep in rotation that I bought years ago! My recent experience looking for a specific colour of a jacket they had was made so easy by their lovely customer service team. Highly recommend checking out their brick and mortar location but their online presence is just as great!”
