Had to come back to exchange the Air for the Pro.The staff named Mauricio who helped me with the exchange, an absolute G! Knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and understanding. Big s/o to him. He answered every question I asked, went over the whole bill with me, was okay if I left(I was quite indecisive and less informed than usual) without the purchase after all the efforts he put in me.Arber and few of his colleagues (Nisarg, the expressive south indian fellow(sorry I missed ur name), Hector) helped us make this purchase even after closing.Arber’s an excellent salesman.
