“If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! My friend Nathan gave a highly recommended suggestion to try Simply Computing Vancouver as an alternative to the Apple Store, and I’m so glad he did! The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The new Apple representative was still in training, and it was great to see how patiently his manager supported him while answering my questions. Uma, the manager, was also fantastic—she solved my issue right away and shared some incredibly useful shortcuts. Simply Computing is a highly recommended Apple Authorized Store that offers top-tier service, repairs, training, and support. The personalized attention and welcoming staff truly make all the difference!”

“I was looking for an adhesive and there was none on the shelf. A worker dropped what she was doing to track down the stock that was located in another location in the store.”

“We have always had great experiences with Geek Squad at this location. Repairing our antique laptop so we don’t need to buy a new one (yet). What is possible, they can do. What is impossible, no one can do.”

“I always enjoy stopping by Apple Pacific Centre whenever I’m downtown Vancouver. The store has a really impressive design, especially the glass architecture, greenery, and open layout that give it a modern, welcoming feel. I like being able to walk around, check out the latest Apple products, and try things out in person. The location is also super convenient when shopping around downtown. It can get pretty busy, but that’s expected for such a popular spot. Overall, it’s more than just an Apple Store — it’s a great part of the downtown Vancouver shopping experience, and definitely worth checking out!”

“Had a great experience at this store, thanks to Avi! I came here with my partner to pick up a TV I ordered online. I wanted her to see it in person, so we stopped by the display area. Avi noticed us looking around, immediately greeted us, and asked if there was anything he could help us with. He was incredibly helpful, assisted me with changing my online order, and even found us a great deal on a sound system that paired well with the TV. We ended up purchasing the sound system as well. Really appreciated his friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.”

“I did notice the overall rating is 3.6, But I think what overrides ratings is the way you’ve been dealt with; meaning, Customer service. And “Habibi” Did an amazing job and so he gets the five stars and so does Best Buy. And yes “Habibi” is actually his name on his birth certificate. Cheers! 😊”
