“My iPhone didn't turn on in the morning yesterday. I googled Granvill store and i went there for help. Monu told me he would run diagnostics on my phone and I could come back in 15 minutes. When I walked back in 10 minutes, he already had my iPhone working and problems solved! and he shared a few free tips:don't charge your mobile phone overnight. Monu was so helpful and super amazing!!! I would recommend this store.”
“I had a waste ink porous pad issue with my Epson SureColor P900, and Mark fixed it quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced with Epson printers. The official Epson quote for the repair was around $900, excluding shipping, so I was relieved to find Mark through the Epson service page. His pricing was far more reasonable, and he ordered the replacement parts for me. The optional delivery service made the whole process easy. I would definitely use his services again.”
