“Staff is friendly, however, there always feels like there's some type of red tape for them to get started. I replaced the screen on a pixel phone earlier this year which was no problem but when I return for warranty because of a dead pixel (not the phone type but an actual pixel on the screen) I didn't feel as though they were as app to help me.”
