Have loved FILSON products for years for myself and gifts. I wanted to write a review to note the exceptional customer service at the Vancouver store. The store manager, James, went absolutely above and beyond. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers. Great experience.

Absolutely fantastic selection, store and staff. Went there twice, Daniel was helping me, with the other staff member who’s name I didn’t catch.
I got Rip’s jacket, and my wife Avery’s barn jacket. We’ll be back as soon as we’re in Vancouver.
